OUR CHURCH :: 교회
Our church was established in downtown Oklahoma City in 1983. We began our church by renting space in a larger, American church. Today we are settled down in our third location, owning our own building since 1997. Through the construction of our Gymnasium in 2002 and Grace Fellowship Hall in 2007, our church has grown into a beautiful church.
One of the most unique and special qualities of our church is the multicultural congregation that allows a variety of cultures to come together in worship. Our church not only has American and Korean cultures but also Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, and Vietnamese cultures overflowing with youth. All of our services, including our Sunday, Wednesday, and morning prayer service provides dual translation from Korean to English.
Throughout all of our service and work, we strive to uphold our 4 spirits: Clear Vision, Creative Thinking, Positive Faith, and Devotional Effort. The motto for our church is ‘Sharing the Blessing.’ We hope that everyone who visits our church to join in the blessing and be used as faithful workers of God to share that blessing.
우리 교회의 독특하고 특별한 점은 다양한 연령대와 다양한 문화에 속한 사람들이 모두 함께 예배를 드린다는 것입니다. 미국인 한국인 뿐만 아니라 중국, 멕시코, 일본, 그리고 베트남 여러 문화의 사람들이 함께 한교회를 섬기고 있습니다. 우리 교회의 모든 예배는, 주일 예배, 수요예배 그리고 새벽기도를 모두 포함하여, 한국어와 영어로 동시 통역을 하고 있습니다.
우리교회는 “분명한 소망, 창조적 사고, 적극적 믿음, 헌신적 수고” 라는 교회 정신을 가지고 지금까지 달려오면서, 모든 교인들이 합심하여 교회 건축과 체육관 건축, 친교실 건축 그리고 몽골에 지교회를 건축하며, 하나님 나라의 영광을 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 2002년도부터 시작한 몽골선교는 매년 6월에 2주간 15~20명정도의 대원을 파송하였습니다. 의료진료 , 목공사역 , 영어교육 , 악기사역 , 찬양사역 등으로 지금까지 섬기고 있고 2010년도에는 지교회를 건축하여 후원하고 있습니다.
우리 교회의 영원한표어는 “축복을 나누는 교회” 입니다. 우리 교회에 방문하시는 모든 분들에게 하나님의 축복이 풍성히 임하여 이웃과 하나님을 위해 하나님의 축복을 나누는 풍성한 삶이 되시길 소망합니다.
Grace Fellowship Hall : : 친교실
Grace Fellowship Hall was built in 2007 as an extention to our church. Grace Hall can fit approximately 150 patrons at one time. We use Grace Hall for weekly lunches, birthdays, banquets, Holiday celebrations, and much more! Grace Hall has walls made of windows that allow you to enjoy a beautiful view while dining!
Grace Hall was built with a vision to create an area where our church members and their families can gather and share a meal. We believe that this fellowship allows us to grow and share God's blessing with one another. We hope that you will soon join us for a great meal!
Grace 친교실은 2007년도에 지여졌습니다. Grace Hall은 약 150명을 감당할 수 있는 공간입니다. 매주 점심식사, 생일파티, 공휴일, 등 의 행사로 사용되고 있습니다. Grace Hall은 양쪽 벽에 큰 창문들을 통해 식사와 함께 아름다운 자연을 즐길 수 있는 공간입니다!
Grace Hall은 교우들이 함께 모여 가족들과 다른 성도들과 함께 식사를 나눌 수 있는 공간으로 만들어졌습니다. 이런 친교를 통해 하나님의 축복을 더욱 느낄 수 있다고 믿습니다.
Gymnasium/체육관
Our wonderful gymnasium was built as an extention to our main church building in 2002. The gym has regulation-size basketball, volleyball, tennis, and badminton courts. Every week our Sunday School children have class in the upstairs area. Also, members of our community gather weekly to join in a friendly game of basketball and other activities.
We build our gym with the vision to create space for our children to run and play while experiencing the love of God. We also strive to use the gymnasium for our local community. Through this area we can not only maintain our physical health but also our spiritual health!
우리의 아름다운 체육관은 2002에 지어졌습니다. 농구, 배구, 테니스, 베드민턴, 등 의 다양한 운동을 즐길 수 있는 공간입니다. 매주 일요일날 주일학교가 체육관 2층 교실에서 노래와 말씀을 듣습니다. 그리고 매주 목요일날 동네 청년들이 모여 농구시합도 합니다! 체육관은 하나님의 사랑을 느끼며 아이들이 마음껏 뛰어 놀 수 있는 공간을 상상해 만들어졌습니다. 이 공간을 통해 우리의 영적건강만이 아닌 육체의 건강도 관리할 수 있습니다!
